How to be Seen at True North Urgent Care
Walk-ins are welcome! It’s that easy. Or start your visit from home by registering and getting in line, then when you’re ready, head to True North Urgent Care. Know when you’re going to be seen (based on estimated times. We will text you 20 minutes before your appointment time).
Insurances Accepted
True North Urgent Care works with most insurance providers and offer a flat fee rate for self pay patients. Insurances covered include; BlueCross BlueShield, Priority Health, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.

Urgent Care or the Emergency Room
Many of the same concerns that wait in the Emergency Department for hours can be managed at True North Urgent Care in less than an hour, from arrival to discharge. Not sure where to go? If you’re not sure, start with us. If your needs are beyond what can be provided in an Urgent Care setting, your healthcare professional will facilitate your transfer to the Emergency Department. True North Urgent Care will send pertinent information in advance of your arrival outlining your care needs.

True North Urgent Care is designed to provide efficient care, from arrival to discharge. For your arrival, you can find our wait times when you get in line. True North Urgent care allows you to get in line before you arrive, or schedule an appointment ahead of time. At discharge, we can contact you with results, rather than making you wait. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice.
