How does billing work?
We send a link to pay your bill via text; it is inclusive of all in house services.
Should I go to urgent care or the emergency room?
Many of the same concerns that wait in the ER for hours can be managed at True North Urgent Care in less than 60 minutes from arrival to discharge. If your needs are beyond what can be provided in an urgent care setting, we will facilitate your transfer to the emergency department and send key information about your care needs in advance.
How long is the wait time?
You can see how many patients are ahead when you get in line. You can also schedule an appointment for a later date. Visit the Locations page to see wait times and get started.
Can you send a new prescription to my preferred pharmacy?
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice.
Do you offer X-rays?
Yes. We can treat a range of injuries including sprains and fractures, and X-rays are readily available.
Why should I choose True North Urgent Care?
